I created Rebel Bloom Society because I didn’t want to repeat the patterns that shaped me — or pass them down.
As a late-diagnosed autistic mom of four navigating relational trauma, I internalized messages that challenged my worth. I was made to question myself often. But deep down, I knew I wasn’t defective, at fault, or less than.
There was always a pull to quiet the noise and come home to myself — to build something steadier for my children than what I had experienced.
Through decades of trial, error, and lived motherhood, I learned what actually worked for me. That lived work refined the Rebel Bloom Method — a safety-based, ground-up approach that helps burned-out moms stop choosing from fear and pressure, and start making steady, self-led decisions.
Rebel Bloom Society exists to remind moms that no matter what they’ve lived through, they are not doomed to repeat it. They can break cycles. They can bloom.
I don’t tell moms what to think or do.
I help them feel safe enough to trust themselves again.

I want to start by saying I know how hard it can be to trust that what someone else is sharing could actually help you.

I do my best to run my business — and show up as a human — ethically, without shady tactics or fake urgency.
We moms have one of the toughest jobs in the world. Many of us would give our lives for our children if needed. I know how deeply we want our kids to have better than we did, especially if life hasn’t been kind to us.
What I see again and again are well-meaning moms who want to break the cycle but aren’t being shown a realistic, sustainable way to do so without breaking themselves in the process. We’re often taught that it has to be one or the other.
That’s a lie — and I explain why inside the free class.
