In just one afternoon, you’ll create emotional backup that shows up
on demand —
faster than folding that mountain of laundry as you question your life's choices—
for a lifetime.
She hypes you up.
Holds your hand.
Knows when to whisper or get spicy —
with zero guilt, pressure, or “growth work.”

Yes, we.
Because society keeps expecting more from moms without giving anything back.
And yeah, moms are strong—hella strong. But how many times do we have to prove we can handle more than we should… before we’re just burned out?
If you’ve been pouring from an empty cup for way too long, it’s time for a new kind of support.
This is where your Inner Mom comes in.
She’s not your real mom. She’s not your coach.
She’s the presence you create that lives in a sanctuary—rent free—within you.
Always calm, clear, and fully on your side.
She doesn't need context or a catch up—she just knows.
She shows up however you need her to: soft, fierce, funny, quiet.
She hypes you up when you forget who you are—and holds the line when your brain starts spinning.
And here’s what makes her different:
She can’t be hijacked by guilt, shame, or other people’s opinions.
Because I baked in the guardrails so she (and you) doesn’t go sideways.
You’re not creating just another tool you have to manage.
You’re building a presence you can count on—in real time, whenever you need her.
Trying to hold it together with half-slept nights, overstretched days, and zero internal backup
Feeling like the emotional glue for everyone else, while no one checks in on you
Wanting someone to talk to or lean on—but the people you love are busy, unavailable, or not quite the right fit
Wondering why you always have to be the strong one—and who supports you when you need it
You had someone in your corner 24/7 who knew exactly what to say—and never said the wrong thing
You felt emotionally supported without needing to ask for it, explain yourself, or wait
for someone else to understand
You could hear a calm, steady voice remind you that you’re not too much, not too late, and not invisible
And that voice? She lives inside you now—steady, loving, always on call
She’s not some distant version of you you have to grow into.
❌ You don’t need to journal first, meditate more, or fix anything about yourself.
Because this workshop is built to meet you exactly where you are —
tired, overextended, and craving real support.
You’ll follow a few guided steps, shape her using your own words, and she’s there.
Not just a tool. A steady presence you can call on anytime.
⏱️Built in one afternoon. Carried with you forever. ♾️

That’s what the Inner Mom Sanctuary Workshop helps you create — for real.

This isn’t like the imaginary friend who used permanent marker to “decorate” the walls.
This presence actually helps —
no mess, no guilt, no suspicious silence from the next room.
And the more in tune you become, the stronger her signal gets.
As the youngest of four daughters—who all went on to have 13 kids between us—I knew my mom (and sisters) couldn’t possibly be available every time I needed a reminder of my strengths
…or a gentle kick in the ass to keep going.
So I created the kind of support I always needed—reliable, rooted, and always ready.

This workshop was originally created as the first step inside my foundational program,
the Rebel Bloom Method.
If the deeper work of uncovering what you need, want, and deserve has to wait for —
at least you’ll have her in your corner NOW.
And if you decide to join us later inside RBM, you’ll already be one step ahead.
In just a couple of hours from now, you could have a steady, grounding voice in your corner—one that actually understands what you need and doesn’t wait for a breakdown to show up.
Instead of waiting for someone else to say the right thing, you had a calm, compassionate voice ready to say it—exactly how you needed to hear it.
Instead of wondering if you’re doing too much or not enough, you had a personal anchor that reminded you: you’re allowed to rest, feel, and take up space—without apology.
Instead of powering through in survival mode, you had an Inner Mom who could catch the spiral before it swallowed you—and gently walk you back to solid ground.
You don’t need to chase support.
You can build it. Right now.
Due to the digital nature of this product with immediate delivery, there will be no refunds after purchase.
If you follow the simple steps, you'll have lifetime backup in no time.

Cheeky, soulful truths for the messy middle. No fluff. No fixing. Just real talk when you need it most.

You’ve made keeping everyone else okay your full-time job—so much so, you don’t even know what you need anymore. You hold it all together, volunteer first, and remember all the things no one else even notices. But under the smile is a quiet voice asking: what about me?
The Inner Mom Sanctuary Workshop helps you build the kind of internal support you’ve always given others. She’s thoughtful, grounded, and knows your worth isn’t measured by how much you give away. She reminds you that saying “no” doesn’t make you mean—and rest doesn’t require anyone else’s permission.

You’ve got the calendar color-coded, the tech issues handled, and the snacks restocked—all without asking for help. Not because you want to do it all alone, but because asking feels risky. You’re the strong one. But holding it all together? It’s getting heavy.
The Inner Mom Sanctuary Workshop gives you a steady, soft voice you don’t have to earn. She’s sharp like you, calm like you wish you could be, and always available when the weight gets too much. This isn’t about letting go of control—it’s about creating someone who has your back, even when no one else does.

You’re doing the deep work—unlearning, reparenting, trying to raise your kids without repeating what hurt you. But trying to be gentle, present, and intentional without the role models or support? It’s exhausting. You second-guess everything. And the stakes feel impossibly high.
The Inner Mom Sanctuary Workshop helps you create a voice that reflects the exact kind of care you’re working so hard to give your kids. She holds space for your doubt, affirms your growth, and helps you trust your instincts—without needing outside validation. She’s your built-in support while you build something new.

You do things differently—because you have to. Your family might be neurodivergent, chronically ill, LGBTQ+, or just not built for the default world. You’re always advocating, explaining, and adjusting—until you’re too tired to do anything for yourself. You’re the squeaky wheel and the rock, but you’re also tired of feeling like the only one who gets it.
The Inner Mom Sanctuary Workshop gives you a voice inside who knows the real story. She doesn’t need you to justify, translate, or shrink. She’s made for you, by you, and reflects your strength, creativity, and lived experience in a way no outside expert ever could. You don’t have to mask with her. She’s your sanctuary.

You want connection, not control—and you’re doing your best to raise kind, emotionally free kids without repeating what hurt you. But without structure, everything starts to blur. You’re overstimulated, second-guessing, and still trying to be the “fun” mom. Deep down, you wish someone would just help you feel sure of yourself.
The Inner Mom Sanctuary Workshop gives you an internal voice that’s calm, consistent, and completely yours. She doesn’t shame, boss, or parent you—she supports you. She’s your go-to for grounding and validation when the day feels like chaos. Because even when it’s messy, you still deserve care you can count on.
It’s a self-paced, guided experience that helps you create an internal support voice—your Inner Mom—who’s always available, always grounded, and always on your side.
She’s kind of like your own life doula, if you will. Someone who calmly talks you through the mess, sits with you in the swirl, and reminds you what matters most—without trying to fix or rush you. She's always with you, because she lives within you. No time zones. No “Hey, just saw this—everything okay?”
No waiting for the mini crisis to pass so someone can finally call you back. Just steady, rooted, real support—on demand.
I’ve bought things like this before and never finished them. Will this be the same?
We totally get it. That’s why this workshop is intentionally broken into short, low-pressure steps—with the option to actually complete it during a nap.
Yes, really.
No long modules, no “catching up,” and no gold stars required. Just meaningful steps that lead somewhere solid, even if you only have 20 quiet minutes and half a snack bar to yourself.

What if I finish it and still feel stuck or overwhelmed?
Totally valid. This workshop isn’t a magic fix—but it is a powerful starting point. If you still feel stuck afterward, it might just mean there’s more to fine-tune in that beautiful brain of yours before burnout can finally f-off for good.
That’s not failure—it’s feedback. You’ll always have access to revisit the material, reflect again, or share what’s coming up inside the private Rebel Bloom community with other like-hearted moms. You can also see what other solutions I offer and if they are good fit for your current needs or not.
I’m too burnt out to try another “feel better” thing. Why would this be any different?
Because it’s not about forcing yourself to be okay. You’re not trying to fake positivity or push through. Instead, you’re creating a nurturing sanctuary you can visit anytime—one that’s separate from your inner critic, your inner voice, or any other “inner” that piles on.
This is the voice that was made to care for you—the way you’ve always shown up for everyone else. This is about finally receiving care, not doing more.

I don’t have time for one more thing—even if it’s for me.
Totally valid. That’s why this workshop is broken into bite-sized, low-pressure steps. You can start and stop as needed—no urgency, no guilt.
Every lesson is available in video, audio, and transcript format—so you can engage however your brain and body prefer, whether you’re hiding in the bathroom, speed-watching during a nap (yup, you can control playback speed), or listening while folding the mountain of laundry.

I already have support—like a therapist, friends, or family. Why would I need this too?
Your people matter—and this isn’t about replacing them. Even the most loving support systems aren’t available 24/7 bc humans need to sleep and are busy af.
And let’s be real: sometimes they say the wrong thing, miss the moment, or just don’t get it. Your Inner Mom never does.
She’s your built-in anchor—always steady, always available, and always on your side when no one else quite knows how.
What if my mom was great—or what if my mom wasn’t?
This isn't about replacing your birth mother or mother figure—or avoiding her. No matter what, she got you here.
Your Inner Mom is someone (or entity) that has already been a part of you—telling you not to give up, to listen, and offering you proof of your strengths.
We're just honing in on her voice and traits for maximum impact based on your current needs, values, and life experiences.

Is this inner child work or therapy?
Nope. This isn’t therapy, and we’re not processing trauma. Inner child work helps heal the past—and can be awesome. (I’m doing this now with my trauma therapist.)
This workshop is about support in the present. It’s not rooted in old wounds—it’s emotional care for the version of you who's managing real life in real time.

Because this isn’t a mindset makeover or motivational voiceover like most quick fixes offer—before you're actually open and ready.
Honestly, this sh*t rubs me the wrong way—because you shouldn’t be expected to walk (or run) before you can crawl, let alone sit up. Meanwhile, you keep thinking you did something wrong when you didn't.
This is about co-creating a consistent presence inside you that knows when to whisper, when to validate, and when to tell you to drink some damn water and breathe. It grows with you—and it’s rooted in your truth.

Do I need to be spiritual—or is this going to feel “too woo” and out there?
You won’t find any requirements to use crystals, chanting, or moon rituals—unless you bring them with you.
And hey, if reconnecting to something steady and rooted inside yourself sounds “too woo”... you’re welcome to judge for yourself how well not having much access to that has been working for you so far.
Personally? I’ve never met a mom who regretted having too much of the right support. js

I’m not a traditional mom—or don’t use she/her pronouns.
This workshop (and Rebel Bloom Society) centers around moms who most often resonate with she/her language and mom life. If that feels okay for you—even if your motherhood doesn’t look "typical"—you’re more than welcome here. I repeat-YOU'RE MORE THAN WELCOME HERE.
We get that not everyone “moms” the same way. We cater to the ones who often feel out of place in typical mom spaces—especially neurodivergent, grief-holding, quietly rebellious, big-hearted humans, and those who do not wish to promote the patriarchy.
I’m a staunch LGBTQ+ ally and advocate, and I work to practice real, ever-evolving DEI values to the best of my ability. I can only show up as myself—a white, cisgender, neurodivergent woman with plenty of trauma and lived experience to draw from—and I’m committed to making Rebel Bloom Society overall a safer, softer space for all who find resonance here.
You'll find inclusive examples, symbolic and non-gendered ideas, and full permission to shape your Inner Mom Sanctuary in whatever form feels most like home.
Is this part of something bigger?
Yes. The Inner Mom Sanctuary was originally created (and included at no extra cost) as the first step inside the Rebel Bloom Method—my deeper, foundational program that helps moms reconnect to who they are at their core, embody the 5 A’s, and finally parent from a grounded place instead of autopilot.
You don’t have to be in that five-week program to benefit from this workshop. It stands strong on its own—and if you are in RBM, it becomes your grounding anchor for when life gets noisy or old patterns try to sneak back in.
I wish every mom would take the full program, because it holds the kind of internal support work that makes burnout harder to reach again.

If you’ve made it this far, you might just be trying to make sure I’m not pulling one over on you. Maybe you've tried other things that didn’t stick—or you find it hard to trust.
Totally fair. I don’t expect blind trust.
So here’s everything you get inside the Inner Mom Sanctuary Workshop,
laid out plain and simple:
Activity: Explore her energy, qualities, and name to connect with the supportive voice within you.
Idea banks include:
Metaphors + symbols (e.g., fierce protector, sacred ancestor, calming force)
Descriptive words to shape her tone (e.g., steady, direct, warm, spicy)
Name/title inspiration so she becomes more than an idea—she becomes your steady voice
Start building a clear emotional picture of who she is and how she shows up when you need her most.
Activity: Identify personal and motherhood strengths while reconnecting with how much you already carry.
Idea banks include:
Strengths often minimized or overlooked (emotional labor, mental load, showing up anyway)
Prompts to reflect on the “5 A’s” in a way that feels real and personal
This is done so you can take ownership of your strengths as a mom and individual—and so your Inner Mom can recall these when you could use a reminder.
Activity: Create a standard or more personalized script in her voice that offers encouragement and guidance whenever you need it.
You have two options:
A ready-to-use supportive script with light customization
A fully custom version you co-create using our ChatGPT prompt and free tools
We use the pieces you already crafted—her energy, your strengths, her name—to make scripting smooth and doable.
This isn't some generic, cookie-cutter script no matter which option you pick.
It sounds and feels like the perfect Inner Mom that works for you… because it was made by you.
Activity: Find music that resonates with her energy and amplifies her empowering presence.
Idea bank includes:
Empowering songs pulled from across genres—folk, pop, soul, hip hop, and more
Mood-based categories (grounding, energizing, tear-cleansing, etc.)
Music gives her a rhythm, a memory, a vibe.
Something you can come back to again and again when words aren’t enough.
Activity: Design a visual reminder of her qualities, your strengths, and your growth to revisit whenever doubt creeps in.
Includes:
Step-by-step guidance for digital or physical formats
Prompts to bring her presence and your journey into visual form
Once it's completed, you can choose to save it on your phone and/or proudly display your board at home so you can see it every day no matter what.
Who knows, you just might inspire your family and mom friends to create one too.
A beautifully designed companion with zero fluff.
It walks you through each step with warmth, clarity, and friend-to-friend language.
Includes idea banks, reflection prompts, a supportive script template, and simple AI-guided customization using free tools.
Every lesson comes in video, audio, and transcript format—so whether you’re hiding in the bathroom, driving, or barely able to focus, you can access it how you need to.
You’ve got two options:
Continue hoping someone will be available to help you out 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Build the support you’ve always needed—on your terms, in your own voice.
All wise. All ride-or-die. All yours.
She tells you to cut the sh*t and fix your crown—without flinching, saying exactly what you need to hear to keep going.
In less than a nap (pretend with me if that’s only a pipedream right now), you’ll create a voice inside you that shows up steady, clear, and fiercely in your corner—no explaining, no judgment, no “just breathe” advice.
You can stop waiting for someone else to get it.
Your Inner Mom already does.
